WorkSphere announces the establishment of a new Nordic alliance focused on Employer of Record (EOR) services, formed in partnership with Gry Brækken. The alliance marks an important step in strengthening WorkSphere’s Nordic presence and enabling compliant, scalable employment solutions across the region.

The first rollout phase is already complete, with WorkSphere Norway now fully operational and ready to support companies hiring talent in the Norwegian market.

Additional Nordic countries are scheduled to follow in the coming months, as the alliance expands its regional coverage and operational capabilities.

“This partnership allows us to combine strong local expertise with a shared Nordic approach to compliance, employment, and international hiring,” the partners state.

Further announcements regarding market expansion will be made as additional countries go live.
